Hello! I’m the founder and therapist at Reimagine You Therapy, LCSW*, PLLC*, where I provide tele-therapy to adults across New York State.
As a Level 3 certified TEAM-CBT therapist, our work together will be active, goal-focused, and equipped with a range of effective tools. My aim is to create a supportive and creative space for you to explore, heal, and grow. The skills and awareness you gain will be lasting, serving you well beyond our time together.
Even in the face of life’s challenges, the resilience and determination I see in my clients inspire my commitment to helping those ready for positive change.
