“Therapy helped me align with my values and not my fears. Let it do the same for you.”

Why should you take the leap with me?

  • Growing up as a kid and even into adulthood, I suffered silently. The harm I endured within and the impact it had on my relationships was very limiting. And for a long time I believed that if I got help, I would spiral and lose the last bit of control I thought I had left.

Yet, when I finally made the unimaginable decision, therapy actually did the opposite. It gave me a newfound freedom and opportunity to honor my pain, take measurable steps to create the change I wanted, and maintain hope when facing future challenges.

I have experienced the benefits of therapy first-hand and I want nothing more than to offer that same opportunity to others!

  • I believe therapy should be as unique as the individuals seeking help. That’s why I create a supportive and personalized space filled with TEAM’s practical tools and creative approaches. TEAM enhances Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by blending the best from diverse treatment models like Exposure, Dialectical Behavioral, Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, and more.

It also aligns with my passion to empower you to stay true to your core values while making positive change where it matters most. Your experiences are meaningful, and I’m here to honor them while equipping you with practical skills.

To see someone take their gains beyond therapy, armed with the tools to handle whatever challenges come their way, is what it’s all about.

  • I am inquisitive and empowering, all while seeking creative and solution-focused outcomes for my clients. The work we do together can be challenging at times, but with warmth and even some humor you’ll find your time well spent.

  • I enjoy working with people who are up for digging deep and trying new things, even if some don’t quite hit the mark. We’ll roll up our sleeves, get a little messy, and see what works best for you. So, if you’re ready to be open, put in the effort, and maybe even enjoy the process, I’m confident our time together will be rewarding.

  • First, we’ll dive into what your experiencing, both through our discussions and using easy, evidence-based surveys you can do on your own time.

Next, we’ll pinpoint the specific area you want to work on first and envision what success would look like for you.

Together, we’ll tackle any obstacles or doubts you might have about creating change.

Once we’ve cleared the way, we’ll use effective tools that suit you until you achieve your goals!

And remember, therapy is tailored to you. We can always adjust our approach to match your evolving needs and goals.

  • Therapy can feel challenging, like building muscles — it might be uncomfortable, but it’s a good sign that you’re growing!

And because gains occur over time, it’s helpful to think of it as a marathon, not a sprint. But, there are ways to enhance your progress including setting very specific goals and ‘exercising’ the tools you’ve gained between our sessions.

Remember, each step you take is a stride toward a stronger, healthier, and more equipped you.
